Studio Location and Logistics

  • We’re located close to the Glen Shopping Centre on the first floor of 263 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley VIC 3150. Our studio is a quick 3 minutes walk from the Glen Waverley train station and bus loop.

  • Yes, we have both men’s and women’s changing rooms complete with showers and a storage area for your belongings. We are an inclusive studio and we ask that everyone respects people’s changing room choice.

  • Yes, there are storage cubicles in the changerooms and in the hallway. We ask that you do not bring your belongings, aside from your mat, towel, and water bottle, into the studio.

  • We ask that everyone remove their shoes and place them on the shoe rack before entering the studio.

  • There are several free parking lots close to the train station and studio. The Glen Shopping Centre also offers free parking for the first 3 hours.

New students

  • Absolutely! We welcome new students and encourage you to try as many class types as you like.

  • We recommend comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. We have yoga mats and towels to hire if you need them. Also, we sell water and other drinks.

  • Our Hot Yoga classes are at 40ºC and follow a sequence of 26 postures plus 2 breathing exercises.

    Warm Hatha Yoga classes are at 25ºC and focus on mindful movement, deep stretching, breath awareness and inner balance.

    Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement, creating a continuous and fluid sequence of poses.

    Classical Yoga integrates mindful breathing, steady postures, and meditation. 

    Core Strength Yoga blends strength-building poses

  • Classical Mat Pilates focusses on core strength using traditional Pilates equipment including Pilates balls and rings. 

    Hot Pilates is also mat-based, but uses weights and other gym equipment for a higher intensity workout.

Classes and Bookings

  • Yes, we recommend booking your spot in advance. You can book either through our Class Schedule page on our website or through our Soul Flow App.

  • Please arrive at least 5 min before your class starts. For the security of our clients, we close the front door at the start of the class. If you arrive late, you might get locked out.

  • Yes, we offer private sessions to be paid for separately. You can inquire about these sessions by emailing info@soulflowmovement.com.au

  • If you can no longer attend your class, please cancel your booking at least 3 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. This helps us manage class sizes and waitlists. Cancellations less than 3 hours before class time or no shows will be charged for the full class if members paying with credits. For those on unlimited memberships, late cancellations or no shows will incur a fee of $5.

    If you can no longer attend your private session, please cancel your session at least 6 hours before it begins. Cancellations less than 6 hours will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. No shows will be charged for the full session.

  • A class repeats weakly, usually at the same time every week although this is subject to change. Workshops are one-off events that highlight a new movement type.

  • Occasionally, we will need to cancel a class due to unavoidable events. If this happens, you will be notified by email or SMS and your credit will be refunded.

    The studio retains the right to modify the schedule when necessary. We endeavour to keep changes at a minimum and will inform you of these changes as they happen.

Health and Safety

  • While our classes are inclusive, please consult your doctor should you have concerns about whether you can participate in our classes. Should you need any accommodations to be able to participate, or if you prefer no physical contact, please talk to your instructor.

Class Packs and Memberships

  • We offer single class payments, class packs, and weekly memberships. Weekly unlimited memberships are not transferrable.

  • Unfortunately, we do not refund memberships or class packs. Expired credits are also not refundable. Recurring memberships can be terminated with 2 weeks of advance notice. You can switch between weekly memberships anytime.

  • Sure, please let us know 2 weeks before you need to pause your membership. Memberships can be paused for periods of 7 days or more, and you can request membership pauses for up to 21 days in a year. Intro offers and class packs unfortunately cannot be paused.
