Heated Flow

Step into the warmth to relax your muscles, improve your flexibility and sweat out the day.

  • Original Hot Yoga (90 min, 40°C): A rewarding, full-body class featuring 26 classic poses. Great for building strength, stamina, and a clear mind.

  • Hot Yoga Express (60 min, 40ºC): The same warming benefits of our original hot yoga, just beautifully wrapped up into a shorter hour-long class.

  • Warm Hatha Yoga (25°C): A wonderfully cosy, gentle class. Perfect if you have desk tension, stiff muscles, or just want a peaceful space to slow down and recharge.

  • Vinyasa Yoga: A fluid and creative class where your movements match your breathing. It can be lively or gentle, making it very adaptable and perfect for all levels.

  • Classical Yoga: A steady, traditional practice that goes beyond just exercise. It blends calm breathing, steady poses, and simple meditation to bring you inner peace.

  • Core Strength Yoga: An uplifting, athletic class designed to boost your energy, flexibility, and stamina. A fantastic way to awaken your body and mind in the morning.

Grounded Core Flow

Focus on your posture, feel taller and build strong, healthy foundations from the inside out.

  • Classical Mat Pilates: A steady, thoughtful class to strengthen your core and improve your posture. We use fun extras like Pilates balls and rings to support your movement.

  • Hot Pilates: A high-energy, fun class combining core exercises with a bit of cardio to get your heart pumping. We use light weights and steps to keep things exciting!

  • Mobility & Strength: A gentle yet empowering class designed to help your body move with ease. We start with slow movements to loosen up tight or stiff joints before moving into a smooth routine that builds core strength and helps you move more freely.

  • Functional Circuit Training: A lively, rewarding workout designed to get your heart rate up, boost metabolism and enhance your overall fitness. It mixes strength and cardio exercises in a quick, fun circuit with short rests in between. Perfect for burning calories and building stamina.

Rhythmic Flow

Celebrate movement, learn a new skill, and discover the joy of our unique capoeira sessions.

  • Capoeira (90 mins): A beautiful Afro-Brazilian art form blending dance, gentle martial arts and acrobatics, set to live percussion instruments. You will even learn to play and sing the music!

  • Capoeira Express (60 mins): A fantastic introduction to Capoeira. This shorter class focuses on the joyful rhythms and basic movements and is open to absolutely everyone.

Healing Flow

Rest, recover and look after your mental well-being.

Sound Healing: An ancient, deeply relaxing ritual. Simply lie back and enjoy a guided meditation paired with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and gongs to melt away stress.
