Hot Yoga Express (60 min, 40ºC)
This class is similar to our 90-minute Original Hot Yoga modality but shortened to 60 minutes. It includes a series of foundational yoga postures designed to build flexibility and balance, while the controlled heat aids in increasing circulation and promoting deeper stretching.
Warm Hatha Yoga (25°C)
Step into a warm, calming space and allow your body and mind to gently unwind. Hot Pilates

Capoeira (90 min): Capoeira is an art form that combines dance, culture, ritualised fighting, and street-based acrobatics, all to the rhythm of an ensemble of percussion instruments. The classes emphasise a strong technical foundation and exposure to a rich variety of movements to help students develop their own movement style. This class will include learning to play and sign the traditional music.
Capoeira Express: Similar to our 90-min Capoeira class, this class is designed to take students through the foundational movements and basic acrobatics of this exciting art form. Open to everyone wanting to experience Capoeira's joyful rhythms.
